Cover & GridsFor: Krita
A downloadable book for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android
Ever found yourself wondering, "Gee golly, I wish I could make my own zines but I sure know nothing about it and I have no idea where to start!" Well, I got a solution for you.
Don't know how differently sized fonts read?
Don't know what colors your printer can handle well and which ones it kinda fumbles?
Worried about formatting and not knowing how to organize things on a page?
My advice is to chill, it's a zine, bro. It's not that deep. But either way, this little zine I made offers you a good test drive for all of those things. Print it out to see which text sizes are legible to you, what colors you like, and all the other stuff too (there's even instructions on how to fold it in the back!). Anybody with zine-making experience will probably find this useless, but as someone who was new to this type of media not too long ago, I did find myself wanting something like this just so I could better understand both the limitations of my printers and of this type of medium.
Hope this little guide is as helpful to you as it has been to me !
